After all that we have discovered and accomplished in the past, we can only look to the future and wonder what could possibly come next. Really, the possibilities are endless. The best part is that are already things in progress that could make many future inventions and discoveries possible and further innovate the human race (and beyond?).

The Large Hadron Collider is a huge particle accelerator in Europe that could unlock many secrets of our universe. By smashing together two particles at extremely high speeds, we may be able to simulate the hypothetical "big bang" and reproduce the Higgs boson, a.k.a. "the God particle." It might even help us create some of the first working time machines.
Nanotechnology Nanotechnology could possibly be the future of making technology extremely small, even as small as an atom or molecule. With this, we can make objects that take up a lot of space right now much smaller, or maybe duplicate elements. It's so new, nobody really knows what the possibilities are.
Nokia Morph The Nokia Morph is a future cell phone that will be able to transform shape to preform different functions. It fits on your wrist like a watch, and transforms into a keyboard when you want to send text messages.
